Dr Joginder Singh Galsin was happy
that his 15 years experience will be published as
book "Impurity Scattering in metallic alloys"
The Book is
Ist of its kind
in this subject in the world helps
the students of Physics to brighten their carrier, But
some one tried to grab the name and fame of hard work of
Dr. Joginder Singh, As we all know that nothing can
happen against the will of God. God had written
this success in his name. So After a long wait
and legal battle he is able to publish
the book by Kluwer Academic/Plenum
publisher New York in 2002. |
The
book
is now helping
the students to polish their academic power. Dr. Joginder Singh
was born to Smt. Mohinder Kaur Channa in Ludhiana on June 18th 1947. His father
Sardar Bikram Singh had a furniture business. He established his business at popular market of Ludhiana near clock tower by the name of Decent
Furniture. He is always in favor of high education to
children. |

Sardar Joginder Singh did his higher secondary from
Ramgarhia senior secondary school Ludhiana in 1965,
Then B.Sc. from Government College for boys in 1968,
Then M.Sc (Honors School). Physics in 1971, then he
decorated him self with PhD. (Theoretical Solid State
physics) in 1976. He is a very hard worker. He was awarded
Best teacher award by Punjab Agricultural
University Teachers Association in 1981. He
Published 42 research papers in journals of
International repute and presented about 30 papers
in National/International Symposia/Conferences. He is
also one of the referees to the research journal
PARMANA (Banglor). He is also an external expert to
the board of studies in physics of Punjabi university
Patiala. Now he is working as Professor of
physics at Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana. |
He got married to Smt. Surinder Kaur Riat D/o Sardar
Sardar Singh Riat of Yamuna Nagar on 12th December 1975. She did
her schooling from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. She did
Graduation from D.A.V.Colege Yamuna Nagar and MA English
from Shimla. During the teaching carrier she has been
discharging her duties with dedication and prudence."
Teachers she believes" are the custodians of younger
generation. She is all rounder, a good starist, Singer,
anchor, above all a good mother. She won many prizes
in Music (Starist) and in declamation contests. Now she
is a lecturer in Master
Tara Singh
College of women. The couple is blessed with two brilliant
daughters and a son. |
