The family suffered a great loss in
business as Sh Shadi Ram and Smt. Gurnam
Kaur delivered twin sons, Later, both are
affected with Poliomyelitis (Polio). To seek
a cure and to give them a better life in the
future, the family spends all the earnings
even the family taken a loan for the
treatment. All near and dears take a side
and left them to fight for their own fate.

After observing that no help or support will come. All
the family members pray "WAHEGURU" and worked round the
clock. With the blessings and hard work the family freed themselves from the
clutches of debit. They all love "Dhiman Industries" which was
established by their respected Father Sh Shadi Ram ji in 1977. The
family proved that nothing is impossible in the life. This is a true motivational work of the
family.
Sh Shadi Ram Sian was born on 5th
May
1921 to Smt Ratni Kaur. Sh Shadi Ram Sains
was a diesel engine mechanic and a
foreman for
steel rolling mills. He is the man
behind the development of fist Torque technique in India.
He left the
railway in 1972. "Dhiman Industries" was established in
1977. Now the Dhiman is a reputed name in and around Pune.
S. Shadi Ram Sian married to Smt Gurnam Kaur Bhamra.
The couple is blessed with Three sons and two daughters. |

The
eldest sons S. Himmat Singh and S.Harjit Singh born as twin on
5th August 1956. S Harjeet Singh is on
wheel chair as his lower limbs are badly affected with
the dreadful polio. S Himmat
Singh started to support his father during studies. He
is very active in community work. He is Gen Secretary of
Ramgarhia Board Pune. S Himmat Singh suffered from
health issues due to accident in the factory from 2001
to 2015 he suffered a lot, but after a few surgeries he
is now totally recovered and active back. Being in pain
due to his health issues he always was active in his
business. . The two are contributing to the running of
the business. S Harjeet Singh decided not to marry. S
Himmat Singh married Smt Usha Rani Munde on 3rd May
1995. The couple are blessed with two sons S Paraminder
Singh and S Angad Singh. |

S. Rajender Singh Sian born on
11th 0ctober 1968 at Pune. He is a commerce graduate from
N.S.Wadia College of Commerce. Pune. He is very social.
He is a member of an NGO who works for career guidance to
children. The NGO also arranges motivational lecture for school children. Rajender Singh
is also serving “Majdoor Ekta Party” as chairman of
Maharashtara. He is very enthusiastic young man. With
his futuristic vision the company grow many folds.
Rajender married to Smt Randeep Kaur Deve.
He also travelled to Russia, China, and Dubai to learn
new technique for the betterment of the "Dhiman
Industries. The couple is blessed with Son
Karan Rajinder Singh and daughter Prianshi Dhiman
