S. Mohinder Singh Bhogal born to Smt Kartar Kaur Bhamra on 18 January 1927 at Jabalpur. MP. His father S. Karam Singh was himself a respected personality in Ramgarhia. he established Bhogal sons in 1948. But S. Mohinder Singh Bhogal put this company on the wheel of success. He did his schooling from Bheelowal Bassi Kalan Distt Hoshirpur. After seventh class he joined his father at Chakker and Company. While doing work with his father he continued his studies. He did Budhimani (in those days equivalent to matriculation.) and upgraded himself in Gyani.

His biography “Rang Latti Hai Hinna” is written by a renown writer S. Gurdial Singh Phul which is released by then vice president of India Sh. Shanker Dayal Sharma on 7th December 1990 his English translation was done by Prof N.K Kalia named “Dream to reality”. Mohinder Singh Bhogal has a firm belief from his past experience that “Work is worship”. His advice to the young is that they must develop the habit of hard work right from the beginning. He also feels that every individual must learn to work with his own hands and acquire some practical skill. This serves him from dependence on others, apart from enabling him help the needy

Bhogal established the parent company “Bhogal Sons” In 1948. The story of the progress which S. Mohinder Singh made as a guiding spirit of the Bhogals, starting from scratch to the establishment of Bhogal Sons and its sister concerns, is infect the story of the industrial revolution of the Punjab Under the guidance of S.M.S. He has established Vishvkarama Foundation with like minded peoples on 22 December 1982. He is founder president of Vhshvkarma Foundation. The foundation had marked his presence in the city while constructing a monument Vishvkaram Chowk which is land mark in the city. Vishvkarma foundation has published some valuable and informative books also. Time by time the foundation encourages the young generation as well as recognizes the prominent Ramgarhia personality. S. Mohinder Singh Bhogal is member of many other societies he has been getting and still holds many honours and offices in the local as well as state level organization. S. Mohinder Singh Bhogal is a heart beat of the city Ludhiana. His attractive personality, soft-spoken and helpful nature gives an unforgettable impression. Under the able guidance and farsighted nesses the bhogal has got many award of national and international repute. Distt. level productivity award 1985. He got married to Smt. Mohinder Kaur Devgun in 1945. The couple is blessed with two sons and two daughters.

Elder son S. Avtar Singh was born on 12th September 1953. He did his matriculation from new high School Civil Lines Ludhiana in 1968. Then he joined Arya College for graduation. He actively participates in sports. After that he joined Bhogal Sons. Then he is advised by elder that we Ramgarhia most of the time leg behind in Accountancy. To cope up and be a smart Business man to learn accountancy. He is very active socially He had served Jc as president, state secretary and director. During this period he had organized blood donation camps stipend to poor but intelligent students. Uniform to needy and many more social work. He is an Executive member of united cycle parts association. He got married to Smt. Avtar Kaur Panesar on 19th November 1978. The couple is blessed with Son and Daughter.

Younger Son S. Harinder pal Singh Bhogal was born on 11th May 1958. He did his matriculation from new high School Civil Lines Ludhiana in 1977. Then he joined Araya College Ludhiana for Graduation. He did training course in various field in industrial safety, Personal management and industrial managements. Training in book keeping and accounts financial managements, tool design, preventive maintenance etc. related to production managements and quality maintenance. He also got training of cold forging from Taiwan in 1986. He got married to Smt. Harbans Kaur Panesar on 9th October 1983. The couple is blessed with 2 daughters and a son.
